About the Author :
Joe Warwick is a London-based food writer, restaurant critic and experienced author of guides. He wrote A Hedonist's Guide to: Eat London and is publisher of restaurant trade fanzine Galley Slave. Warwick started the World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards and is well respected and connected within the restaurant world. He has appeared on national television shows such as CBS 'This Morning', and has written for, or been featured in, publications including the Guardian, the Observer, Delicious and the Wall Street Journal.
