About the Author :
Henry L. Tosi is McGriff Professor of Management at the University of Florida. The founding editor of The Leadership Quarterly, Tosi has served on various editorial review boards, authored over 60 journal articles, and held several positions within the Academy of Management. He holds a PhD from Ohio State University and has taught at Michigan State University, the University of Maryland, the University of California-Irvine, Cornell University, Luigi Bocconi University, and the University of Modena. Neal P. Mero is Assistant Professor of Management at Washington State University. An officer in the United States Air Force for over 22 years, he served as an educator and trainer and studied behavior in large organizations. He holds a PhD from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of Montana. John R. Rizzo is Professor Emeritus of Western Michigan University. He has served as management development consultant to organizations such as Ford Motor Co. and UNESCO and has authored a number of journal articles. He holds a PhD from Ohio State University and has taught at George Washington University.
