Johan J. Bolhuis is Assistant Professor of Animal Behaviour at the Institute of Evolutionary and Ecological Sciences, Leiden University, The Netherlands. Jerry A. Hogan is Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Toronto, Canada.
