About the Author :
CHRIS E. STOUT, PsyD, MBA, is a staff psychologist with SVP Clinical Applications of Des Plaines, Illinois. Stout is the author of eight other books, including Psychological Assessment in Managed Care, the coauthor (with Arthur E.
