Shaowen Bardzell directs Instructional Consulting and Technology Services within Indiana University’s School of HPER. She provides software training and consultation to faculty on multimedia development and instructional design for eLearning. She has contributed to books on Dreamweaver, Flash, and Fireworks and has published articles at Macromedia’s Designer and Developer Center. Jeffrey Bardzell, an IT trainer and multimedia instructional developer at University Information and Technology services (Indiana University), is cofounder of Community MX, a Macromedia Studio MX resource site, and Allecto Media, an e-learning consulting and development company. He is the author of Special Edition Using Macromedia Fireworks MX, Macromedia MX eLearning, and Macromedia Dreamweaver MX Dynamic Applications.
