About the Book
This volume contains 62 articles submitted for presentation at the ITC Seminar in Cracow. About thirty percent of the articles are written by authors from Eastern Europe, including six submissions from the Soviet Union, allowing readers to assess the state and level of research in those countries. In many cases, the articles present important new results.
