Review :
"Chinese for Working Professionals is aimed at advanced learners of Chinese who aim to live and work in China. Utilizing authentic materials as the main texts to develop learners’ language skills at various levels, this book promotes cross-cultural communication in the work context in China. Each lesson has both video and reading texts with an abundance of language-focused exercises and meaning-focused activities developed surrounding the main texts, which can provide teachers with flexibilities in use. The textbook is thoughtfully structured and easy to follow, which, plus on-line tools, will greatly help Instructors when preparing lesson plans and conducting teaching… I recommend this textbook to the programs whose students or trainees plan to work in China." Fangyuan Yuan, Professor of Chinese, Languages and Cultures Department, US Naval Academy, USA.
