Review :
Review of the first edition: "This book is packed full of information of use to those responsible for formulating policies to prevent and deal with disasters and emergencies. It has, however, one rather unusual aspect seldom found in such works it also reads very well, and can be browsed with profit by anyone with even a casual interest in the topic." - HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK, 2002
