Review :

"Invincible is a powerful roadmap for extending healthspan and reversing the root causes of aging. Dr. Florence Comite brings together cutting-edge science, precision medicine, and real-world clinical wisdom to show that decline is not inevitable. This book gives you the tools to understand your unique biology--and change the trajectory of your health for decades to come."

--Mark Hyman, author of Young Forever

"Invincible is a powerful, science-driven roadmap to healthy longevity. Dr. Florence Comite brings clarity, authority, and urgency to a conversation every patient is ready to have about extending not just lifespan, but healthspan. This book empowers readers to understand their biology, take action earlier, and age with strength, resilience, and intention."

--Mary Claire Haver, MD, author of The New Menopause

"I've known Dr. Florence Comite for over 30 years. She is a brilliant, forward-thinking physician-scientist, and her book will guide anyone who wants to expand their healthspan to match their lifespan."

--Dean Ornish, MD, clinical professor of medicine at UCSF and author of UnDo It! "As far as I know, only Florence Comite has been truly practicing healthspan medicine for twenty or more years. This book is a masterclass in longevity. There simply isn't a better one."--Bracken Darrell, CEO of VF Corporation "Dr. Comite distills decades of clinical experience into a practical path to a longer, healthier life. In these pages, you'll learn how to take control of your health using real data and science-backed medicine." --David A. Sinclair, PhD, professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School and author of Lifespan "If, like me, the concept of a 'longevity doctor' brings to mind visions of Silicon Valley biohacking regimens, then Dr Comite's new book will be a real eye opener. I was struck by how closely her paradigm for human health mirrors what the very best farmers practice in their fields: they don't fixate on disease, they study health. They ask questions like 'How do we equip crops to defend themselves?' Invincible applies a similarly elegant approach to the human body, offering a framework that feels neither fringe nor trendy but obvious: true health is about cultivating vitality and preventing disease, not just treating it once it appears. A must read." --Dan Barber, chef and co-owner of Blue Hill at Stone Barns, and author of The Third Plate "What I appreciate most about Invincible is how clearly Dr. Florence Comite connects knowledge with agency. She shows that understanding our biology, early and accurately, can change the course of our health. This book is both reassuring and motivating, reminding us that prevention, strength, and resilience are within reach." --Emma Heming Willis, author of The Unexpected Journey "In her groundbreaking book, Invincible, Dr. Florence Comite reveals a practical and personalized longevity paradigm far beyond what conventional medicine has to offer. Using targeted interventions and protocols that address the most common aging concerns, Dr, Comite proves your DNA is not your destiny and your biology is not your biography. At last, extending one's "youthspan" and reversing the aging process is at hand and I can't wait to start implementing many of Dr. Comite's strategies myself."--Ann Louise Gittleman, PhD, CNS, author of Radical Longevity "Through clear, science-backed strategies and a deep dive into biomarkers, this book equips readers with the tools to halt biological aging, prevent disease before it takes hold, and optimize health at every stage of life." --Jessica Shepherd, MD, MBA, FACOG, author of Generation M "Dr. Comite has been a visionary leader in Precision Medicine for decades. With Invincible, she provides a roadmap for reversing aging and building strong, resilient, health for life. "--David Zinczenko, author of Eat This, Not That! and CEO of Galvanized Media
