About the Book

This 14-week curriculum is designed to help people attentively read every word of the Bible in 90 days. The advantage of reading through the "Bible in 90 Days" is that it allows you to read the Scriptures as a story. Reading the Bible cover to cover gives people a sense of cohesiveness and connectedness to God and his unfolding purpose for humanity. This curriculum uses the "TNIV Thinline Large Print Bible" and, in order to read the Bible cover to cover in 90 days, you only need to read 12 pages per day. Some of the benefits from reading the Bible in 90 days: Relationship - the most important benefit to be gained from our reading of the entire Bible is a deepened relationship with our Maker. We read God's Word to know about him, to learn about us, and to understand and experience the relationship between God and us. Ownership - another striking benefit of reading the Bible from cover to cover is the sense of ownership that many people feel after reading the last word of Revelation. It's not until we've read every word that we've fully unwrapped this present that God so lovingly gave to us. And, it's not until we've read it once that we realize how easy and natural it is to read it at any time. Confidence - with this reading comes a level of confidence. Instead of relying on others to tell us the Word of God, our reading gives us a confidence that can only come from experiencing the Word ourselves. When we experience God's Word in its entirety, we can rely on the fact that the Bible is there for us any time we need it. Knowledge - Many people try to study the Bible in-depth without any knowledge of it. We read the Bible cover to cover to gain knowledge. We will not gain perfect knowledge, nor will we then be ready to go out and teach a course in seminary. What we will have is a general knowledge about what's in the Bible, and where it is in the Bible ...a knowledge that we are unlikely to gain through any other means. By reading the "Bible in 90 Days", we develop a rock solid foundation for our faith and relationship with God. The 14-week curriculum allows participants to experience: reviews and previews of each week's reading through video teaching; small group discussion for learning, encouragement and accountability; and cover to cover works with any size group, from small groups of 4-12 to large groups of 15 to 150 or more. Cover to Cover includes a "TNIV Thinline Large Print Bible", "Participant's Guide", 2 DVDs, CD-ROM and a reference book titled "You Are Here in the Bible".
