About the Author :
Thomas N. England is professional chef, food writer, educator, and mentor. In addition to many years of experience as a professional chef, he is the former general manager of Chateau Thomas Winery. He is an ACF Certified Executive Chef (CEC) a Certified Foodservice Educator (CFSE) and cofounder of Dig-IN, a nonprofit dedicated to the promotion of Indiana food and agriculture. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Thom is the author of Idiot's Guides: Grilling, and currently teaches culinary arts courses at Ivy Tech in Indianapolis.
