About the Author :
BIRGIT RENZL is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management at the University of Innsbruck in Austria. Her research and teaching focuses on the areas of Knowledge and Innovation Management. Her research has been published in several leading academic journals and books. She has been responsible for a number of Austrian research funds projects investigating 'Knowledge Sharing in Organizations'. KURT MATZLER is Professor and Chair of the Department of Marketing and International Management at the University of Klagenfurt, Austria. His research and teaching interests are in the area of Marketing, Knowledge Management and Innovation. Kurt Matzler is academic director of the Executive MBA at the Management Centre, Innsbruck. HANS HINTERHUBER is Chairman of HINTERHUBER& PARTNERS (www.hinterhuber.com), a consultancy specialized in Strategy Pricing and Leadership. He is also a Professor of Strategic Management at the Department of Management at the University of Innsbruck, Austria. He has published widely on business strategy and is a consultant to leading companies around the world.
