MARGARET DOWIE-WHYBROW is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Greenwich, UK, and a former Associate Law Lecturer for the Open University, specializing in media law and intellectual property law. She is a Barrister of Gray's Inn, London, and has worked as an in-house lawyer for a large multi-media company. In addition to teaching duties, Margaret serves as the Law Department Web Editor at the University of Greenwich.
