The publication of the University of Michigan Annual, the Palladium, has formerly been monopolized by the nine principal chapters in the University, but all remaining chapters have been recently admitted to the board. Amend by striking out Quarterly and inserting Journal. Colby is the name of a small but well-known Maine college. There are 135 students in the collegiate department. Ninety- four were members of fraternities. From the remaining forty- one non-fraternity men, Alpha Tan Omega took twelve as charter members for a new chapter established at Colby in June. At only four Southern institutions do annuals published by the fraternities appear. From the University of Virginia comes the Corks and Curls; from Vanderbilt, Comet; from University of Georgia, Pandora; while the Cap and Gown has recently made its initial appearance from the University of the South.
