Mr. Wilcox, a petition of citizens of the county of Charles City, for the establishment of a separate election in that county, at the storehouse of E. B. W. Apperson. Ordered, That the said petitions be referred to the committee of propositions and grievances. On motion of Mr. Stovall, Resoh-ed, That the hour of meeting hereafter shall be 12 o'clock, until otherwise ordered. And then, on motion of Mr. Patrick, the house adjourned until tomorrow 12 o'clock.
