About the Author :
Victor Moore is a barrister of Gray's Inn and Professor Emeritus of the University of Reading. He is currently Visiting Professor in Law at City University and Joint Editor of the JPL Planning Law Case Reports. He was formerly Visiting Professor in Local Government and Planning at the Inns of Court School of Law and has written and lectured extensively on aspects of planning law in the United States, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, and Japan.
