About the Author :
Piet Nel - Professor of Human Resources Management in the Department of Management and Marketing at Unitec in Auckland, New Zealand. He has published and consulted extensively in the fields of Human Resources, Training and Employer Union Relations. Amanda Werner - Senior Lecturer in Human Resources Management at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Her areas of interest include organisational change and development and organisation behaviour. Paul Poisat - Associate professor at the Graduate Business School at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. He was previously head of the Department of Human Resources Management at the same institution. Andries du Plessis - Senior lecturer in Management and Marketing at Unitec in Auckland, New Zealand. He has extensive experience as a human resource management practitioner and consultant, with a variety of interests that include employment relations, diverse workforces and change management.
