Review :
What a book for bankers! This book deals with many other fascinating topics, including so-called long-arm jurisdiction...Charles Proctor's analysis and presentation of the subject in both the national and international settings is invaluable. For anyone looking for a clear, accessible and comprehensive account of the law of money, they should make sure a copy of Mann and Proctor on the Law of Money remains close to hand.
