Review :
"This is the strongest short guide to writing a research-based essay, article, report, or paper that I have seen on the market after all these years. It is quick and deep without ever resorting to condescension, and it will appeal to discerning instructors who would like to raise the bar for their capable students."--Glenn Jackson, Eastern Kentucky University "How Scholars Write clearly explains the scholarly process of research and writing. It is also packed with engaging examples of scholarly writing and useful analyses of its production."--Eric Cimino, Molloy College "How Scholars Write offers students a way to learn academic writing that is at once easy to read and follow as well as complex in its offering. I highly recommend this text."--Iris Dunkle, Napa Valley College
