About the Author :
Frank A. Tillman’s varied and full career has encompassed 30+ years of teaching and research; he served as department head at Kansas State University for over 20 years and published two books as well as 50+ professional articles. Dr. Tillman has also launched and led two consulting firms, IBES, Inc. and HTX International, Inc., and developed both commercial and residential real estate. Deandra T. Cassone is Logistics Manager at a Fortune® 100 company and Adjunct Assistant Professor, Systems Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. She has spent more than 25 years in industry consulting and management roles. Her interests include building structured decision-making models; she has submitted numerous business process patents.
