About the Book
This multimedia anthology of Canadian stories and poems (exclusively from writers in the Golden Horseshoe area of Ontario). Boasting both engaging content and an attractive interface, this CD provides the following functionalities: end of selection questions and quizzes; definitions for terms in literary pieces; video introductions to the stories by faculty members or authors; photographs related to the stories/poems; and an option by which students can choose to listen to the story/poem being read rather than read it on screen.
