About the Author :
An experienced author and TAFE teacher, Tony is the Series Editor for the Business Services Series, previously edited McGraws 14-book Management Skills Series, and found the time to contribute several workbooks to each. Now the Advanced Skills Lecturer and Management Studies Coordinator at Murray Institute of TAFE, Tony has been a TAFE teacher for more than 30 years.While busy teaching Certificate 4 to Advanced Diploma students, Tony also chairs the TAFESA Quality Assurance Group (Management Studies Sub-Program) and is a Modules Advisor for Certificate IV in Front Line Management. With Malcolm Jowitt, he co-wrote Manage Effective Workplace Relations, Develop Work Priorities and Recruit and Select Personnel. Malcolm Jowitt is a part-time Lecturer in both Certificate 4 Management and Front Line Management at Torrens Valley TAFE. Malcolm has been teaching these subjects since 93 and works as a Company Manager with AFTC Industrial Training and Logistics. With Tony Hughes, Malcolm co-authored Manage Effective Workplace Relations, Develop Work Priorities and Recruit and Select Personnel.
