About the Author :
Peter DiPrima, Jr, EMTP, is a Lead Paramedic for the Holbrook Fire Department in Suffolk County, NY, Volunteer Firefighter/Paramedic with the Lakeland Fire Department, Long Island, New York, and Certified Instructor Coordinator for the Suffolk County EMS. George Benedetto, Jr., EMTP, MPA, is affiliated with the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, and is Trauma Coordinator for the Department of Surgery at New York Hospital in Queens. He has also served as an Instructor of Instructors for EMT courses.
