Humerous Story Book to Read

• Uneasy Money is an autonomous  romantic comedy novel from P.G.Wodehouse, written in 1916 which can be considered as one among his best work with his trademark humour and woven plots. William FitzWilliam Delamere Chalmers, Lord Devlish (Bill) is a relaxed, generous, and financially poor member of England's nobility. He marks living as a London club secretary. His beautiful fiancee, Claire Fenwik, will not marry him unless he makes more money. Bill opts to go to America in Hopes of catching it rich. Just before he sails, Bill is unanticipatedly leave million pounds by an American he once helped at golf; the millionaire left his niece and nephew only twenty pounds, which makes him disturbed. He tries to approach them and see if he can fix up something,  like giving them half the inherited. He finds that it can be tough to give money away. This is a outstanding story with all the elements, humour, love and suspense. 

• Right Ho, Jeeves is P.G. Wodehouse's second novel presenting his popular characters, Bertie and Jeeves. Bertie Wooster, a generous, bumbling bachelor who returns to London after spending time in the Canes with his auntie and cousin, discovers that his attendant, Jeeves, has advised his old friend on love. Gussie, Bertie's school friend, is widely in love with a mischievous lady named Madeline. Right Ho, Jeeves! is a story loaded with funny misunderstandings and misguided mistakes and full of laughter.

• Comic History of England - Despite being of British origin, the author of these pages will take care not to let that fact cause him to go briefly to the wrong in what he may say. Even before the birth of Christ, England served as a type of financial hub. For their tin, the Phoenicians and the Carthaginians traveled there. Sheriffs, priests, judges, police chiefs, plumbers, and justices of the peace were all Druids.Agricola was followed by Carausius, who joined the Saxon pirates and overthrew Diocletian despite being sent to kill them. Before he could ask for assistance, one of his cops killed him.One of the Wessex kings, Egbert, practically ruled Roman Britain. The Northmen (Swedes, Norwegians, and Danes) entered the land; these rather coarse people occasionally caused the Anglo-Saxons to blush.We simply need to point out that this work is in the author's best style and will be both entertaining and educational because it follows the trend of facts and the events, successions, dates, etc. are accurate. Naturally, Mr. Nye's imagination "embellishes" these facts, and the main historical figures are given fascinating roles to play.

• P.G. Wodehouse's The Inimitable Jeeves was first published in the UK on May 17, 1923. A number of short stories with the same characters were combined to create the book. It was initially intended to be a collection of stories rather than a single narrative.Everyone immediately turned to Jeeves-man Bertie's when Bertie Wooster or one of his friends found themselves in the soup or dangerously close to the tureen. He was aware of human nature, particularly that of gliding youth.Whether Bertie's cousins Claude and Eustace were playing dido or the hope of an old house had fallen in love with a waitress, Jeeves never let anyone down. He had a good mind.Jeeves was a purist, therefore the only area in which he fell short in the eyes of his master was his inability to constantly follow him in matters involving spats, socks, and ties. This was especially true in the Spring.

• Psmith in The City - The news of his father's financial difficulties dashes a young cricketer's hopes of attending Cambridge University and playing for the team. Feeling lonely, homesick, and sorry for himself, he rents a horrid room in Dulwich and begins work at the New Asiatic Bank. Mr. Waller, a friendly bank employee, makes him a friend and invites him to lunch. On his return, he meets Psmith, also a new employee, in the same department as Mike.He encounters Psmith, who his father arbitrarily put in the same department as him. Although Psmith intends to play with Bickersdyke outside of work, Mike is concerned that their boss has something against them both and that they are helpless.Mr. Bickersdyke, his new boss, disapproves of employees leaving work to participate in the game. Psmith persuades him to pursue law school instead, and they both resign from their positions.

• Don Quixote is an epic and classic Spanish novel written by Miguel de Cervantes. Its full title is The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha, or El ingenious hidalgo don Quixote, de la Mancha in Spanish. It was first published in two parts in 1605 and 1615. It is frequently referred to as the first modern book and one of the greatest works ever written. It is a foundational piece of Western literature. One of the most translated books in the world is Don Quixote. The story follows the exploits of Alonso Quijano, a hidalgo from La Mancha who belongs to the lowest class, who reads so many chivalric romances that he either goes insane or pretends to be insane in order to take the name Don Quixote de la Mancha and become a knight-errant (caballero andante) in order to restore chivalry and serve his country. Sancho Panza, a common farmer whom he hires as his squire, deals with Don Quixote's rhetorical monologues on knighthood, which are already regarded as archaic at the time, with a special, earthy wit, and represents the drollest realism in contrast to his master's idealism. The story spans a significant amount of time with recurring themes like the nature of reality and discourse.

• Irish author Bram Stoker's horror book, The Jewel of Seven Stars, was initially made available by Heinemann in 1903. The story is a first-person narrative of a young guy who becomes involved in an archaeologist's scheme to bring Queen Tera, an Egyptian mummy, back to life. At the request of his daughter Margaret, renowned Egyptologist Abel Trelawny summons Malcolm Ross to his home. Malcolm observes that others in the room are affected by the "mummy scent," which is there due to the abundance of Egyptian artifacts in Margaret's room. The doctor believes Silvio is to blame for the scratch wounds on Abel's elbow since a huge mommy cat bothers Margaret's cat. Corbeck describes his journey to Egypt with Trelawny in search of the tomb containing the sarcophagus. He thinks that by opening the coffer, some magic will be released, reviving the mummy and reawakening Tera's spirit. According to Trelawny, ancient Egyptians possessed contemporary scientific knowledge, such as the discovery of radium and the invention of electricity. Malcolm worries about the impact on religion if the power of the ancient Egyptian gods is proven. As the lamps are lit, the coffer begins to glow, emitting a green vapor that passes into the sarcophagus. Suddenly, a storm shatters a window, blowing vapor around the room.

• By P. G. Wodehouse, there is a book called Indiscretions of Archie. Englishman Archie Moffam lives in New York. He has a kind heart but a limited, if not nonexistent, cerebral capacity, much like Bertie Wooster. He does not have a private income, unlike Bertie. He was a First World War soldier. While visiting New York, he harshly criticizes the staff of the Cosmopolis Hotel, turning Daniel Brewster, the hotel's owner, against him. He meets, falls in love with, and weds Lucille, Brewster's daughter, on a subsequent trip to Miami. Brewster does not feel happy. Archie's attempts to atone for his wrongdoing by getting a job and buying Brewster a pricey piece of art fail miserably. Archie continues to engage in inappropriate behavior.
