She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Social Science and Policy from the University of New South Wales, Australia. Her research interests focus on promoting employee and organizational well-being through sustainable human resource management and development policies, strategies, and practices. Her scholarly work encompasses a diverse range of worker groups, including knowledge workers, women workers, workers with disabilities, gig workers, and the Malaysian diaspora.
