Josephine Wapakabulo ThomasJosephine Wapakabulo Thomas attended Loughborough University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering and master’s in IT before completing her PhD in information science (2006). Since completing her PhD she has een working for Rolls-Royce (Derby, UK). She started her career in the Strategic Research Centre as a technologist in information engineering, and is currently working as a process specialist in information management and decision support.
