Motivated by a desire to provide guidance, practical strategies, and encouragement, he has dedicated himself to writing books that empower officers to thrive professionally and personally.

In addition to his work in corrections, Jacob is a devoted husband and father of three young children. He brings the same care, discipline, and integrity to his writing as he does to his family and profession.
