He has served as the Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator, attached to High Court of Delhi. He serves as Adjunct Fculty for the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, since January, 2019. He has also served as the Adjunct Professor at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, San Diego, California, USA in 2013-14.
He serves as a member of Monitoring Group of ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals. He also serves as a member of the Board of Advisors, Amity International Journal of Juridical Sciences (AIJJS), Amity Law School, Noida, UP, India. He is on the Advisory Board of IP Foundation, a trust to facilitate and address issues in the field of Insolvency.
