About the Author :

Consultor especializado en planificación estratégica, identidad e imagen corporativa, mercadeo, atención al cliente y negocios en Internet. Profesor invitado de universidades venezolanas sobre materias relacionadas con comunicaciones corporativas y mercadeo. Autor de los libros "Negocios.com," 2000; "Mercadeo.com," 2006; "El e-mail en el trabajo," 2008; y "El valor de los valores en las organizaciones," publicado en noviembre del 2008. También es co-autor de publicaciones especiales sobre atención y servicio al cliente: "El arte supremo de la atención al cliente," "Atiéndame bien" y "Trabajar y disfrutar en equipo." Ha brindado entrenamiento sobre atención al cliente a decenas de miles de personas, de todos los niveles gerenciales y en distintos tipos de organizaciones.
