In einem ersten Teil sind verschiedenetheoretische Modelle bekannter Motivationspsychologen dargestellt, wobei darauf geachtetwurde, dass die ausgewahlten Theorien nicht nur in der Motivationsforschung von hoherBedeutung sind, sondern auch fur die Schule Relevanz besitzen.Der zweite Teil befasst sich mit konkreten Umsetzungen der Motivationstheorien imschulischen Umfeld. Um die Vorschlage und Ideen empirisch zu unterlegen, sind in diesemAbschnitt Studien aufgefuhrt, welche die Wirksamkeit einiger theoretischer Modelle in derPraxis belegen.Der letzte Teil der Arbeit stellt eine Diskussion dar, welche Kritikpunkte aufzeigt sowiedarzustellen versucht, inwiefern die Motivationsstrategien in meiner zukunftigen Lehrtatigkeitnutzbar sind.3. EinleitungDie oben stehende Beschreibung zum Standard II fordert von einer Lehrperson zweierlei: Siesoll sowohl uber die grundlegenden Mechanismen des Lernens Bescheid wissen wie auchdiese Kenntnisse in der Praxis sinnvoll umsetzen. Ich habe diesen Standard alsVertiefungsarbeit gewahlt, weil es meines Erachtens die Basis des Berufes der Lehrpersondarstellt, Grundlagenwissen uber Lernen und Entwicklung zu besitzen.Der Prozess des Lernens benotigt Lehrende und Lernende. Padagogische Methodenvielfaltund eine gute Didaktik alleine werden noch nicht genugen um die Wissensaneignung imschulischen Lernprozess zu ermoglichen. Damit die Lehrperson sinnvoll unterrichten kann, mussen auch die Kinder lernen wollen, denn dem Produkt eines Denkvorgangs liegt immerein - wie auch immer gearteter - Antrieb zugrunde. Deshalb mochte ich in der vorliegendenArbeit auf die diversen Aspekte der Motivation eingehen, um eine Grundlage zu schaffen, aufwelcher ich die Liebe zum Lernen und die Freude an der Wissenserweiterung fordern kann.
