About the Author :
Lucie Begin holds a PhD in Administration from the HEC School with a specialisation in organisational theory and strategy. A researcher at the CMA International Centre, she is currently focusing her efforts on e-commerce. Up until now her principal interests have been NPOs, corporate governance and arts management. Andre Tchokogue obtained his doctorate in Management Science at the Bordeaux I University in France. Currently a professor of operations and production management, he is also editor-in-chief of the APICS journal CADENCE. He specialises in the fields of logistics and supply management. Hugues Boisvert obtained his PhD from Stanford University in California. He specialises in benchmarking, accounting, and activity-based management. In 1997 he received the title of Fellow (FCMA) from the Societe des comptables en management du Canada. He holds the chair of the CMA International Centre, is a tenured professor at the HEC School, and an academic partner at Arthur Andersen Co.
