About the Author :
Officier de la Légion d'honneur, le Dr Guy Robert, né en 1935, après avoir été secrétaire général de l'Union des jeunes chirurgiens-dentistes (UJCD), fut secrétaire général de la Confédération nationale des syndicats dentaires (1971-1991), puis de l'Union nationale des professions libérales (1986-1993). Il a également occupé de nombreuses autres fonctions au sein d'organisations représentatives professionnelles et fut élu secrétaire du Bureau du Conseil économique et social (1994-2004). Chirurgien-dentiste libéral, il a exercé de 1973 à 1993, dans les Ardennes, puis en Côte-d'Or, à Dijon, où il réside toujours.
