About the Author :
Cesar Camison has a PhD in Economics and Business Sciences. Principal Professor in Business Administration at Director of Family Business Chair at University of Valencia. Principal Researcher of Research Group on Strategy, Competitiveness and Knowledge and Innovation Management (GRECO). Visiting Professor in London School of Economics and Political Science, Surrey, Universitá Commerciale Luigi Bocconi de Milán, Viena University, Université de Montpellier I, Texas A&M University). His fields of expertise are the sources of international competitive advantages based on intangible assets and dynamic capabilities, firm as a knowledge and learning organization, strategic alliances and competitive dynamic inside inter-organizational networks and industrial districts; specially, he has worked on these topics in tourism and small and medium-sized firms. He has published works as articles in closely 100 journals as British Journal of Management, Scandinavian Journal of Management, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Business Research, Environment and Planning A, Organization Studies, and Tourism Management. Tomás F. González Cruz was born in Zaragoza (Spain) in 1969. Associated Professor in Business Administration at the University of Valencia, Spain. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Valencia University. Doctorate in Business Administration at Valencia University.
