Razan Abdelkarim Al Fahoum was born in Kuwait, and with her Jordanian heritage, an American education, and is an entrepreneur in the UAE. She single-handedly started her business, which she has been running successfully for the last two decades.
Al Fahoum has received accolades from the government and recognition by several organizations. Besides her degrees in Business, Al Fahoum is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach, yoga instructor, linguistic hypnotherapist, certified Feng Shui Practitioner, and success coach.
Razan is dedicated to inspiring young entrepreneurs, women, or anyone on a quest to uncover their life's purpose, guiding them towards their true calling.

Al Fahoum is the visionary CEO and Founder of Elegant Qubes Decorations, a company she single-handedly started from scratch a few years ago, and one that has gone on to become a leader in exhibitions, technology, architecture, and interior design in the UAE.Embarking on her entrepreneurial voyage at the tender age of twenty-four, Al Fahoum possesses a rich tapestry of experience in multiple realms: event management, interior fit-out, exhibition design, emotional well-being, mental health, motivational guidance, and youth career and life coaching. Her unwavering dedication to excellence has been duly recognized through a plethora of accolades from the UAE's government and several other respectable organizations.Al Fahoum holds a degree in International Business from Halifax Community College (USA), specializing in Economic Strategy & Marketing. Alongside her academic qualifications, she is an emotional intelligence coach with a master's degree in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Al Fahoum is also a Neuro-Cognitive Development specialist, a clinical linguistic hypnotherapist, and has a certification in Feng Shui. Her earnestness to continue learning has also led her to dabble in aircraft engineering.
