Review :
"Those who experience yoga with Reema Datta will be touched by her presence and offerings, as have I." -- Sting "In this luminous guide, Reema Datta leads us through a program of awakening that is both gentle and empowering. Her teachings draw on thousands of years of yogic wisdom and are translated to fit the shape of current Western conditions and lift us from the pervasive spell of anxiety, depression, and fear of not being enough. Highly recommended." -- Mirabai Starr, author of Wild Mercy and Ordinary Mysticism "Reema Datta bridges the gap between her traditional yoga upbringing and the practical usage of yoga in the modern context. I couldn't recommend this book more." -- Adam Keen, yoga teacher and founder of Keen on Yoga platform and podcast "The Yogi's Way reveals the magical and transformative power of Reema Datta's teachings. Her wisdom has transformed my life for the better, and I am sure it will do just that for you too.
