About the Book

Mr. Lambertson is the first American to systematically violate the major taboos that have so severely crippled America's public dialogues. He publicizes for the first time the court's definitions of the words "contract" and "fraud," and the fact that "acquiescence" to a fraud makes one a partner in that fraud. He analyzes the fraudulent aspects of the Pledge of Allegiance, the lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct, the Bush-Cheney campaign fraud in Election 2000, the dishonest Warren Commission Report, and David Gergen's weird book on leadership. Switching to a chronological approach, Mr. Lambertson then analyzes the destructiveness of Reaganomics, Bush I, Clintonomics, and Bush II. We learn that from 1997 to 1999 the wealth of the 400 richest American families grew by an average of $1,287,671 per day for each family. Bill Gates was worth $6 billion in 1992, $51 billion in 2000, and maybe $60 billion today - wealth borrowed from our progeny. After criticizing the Federalist Society and C-SPAN, Mr. Lambertson discusses which God it is that we Americans are "under" and whether we are worshipping a wicked God. He contrasts the democratic Jesus of the Sermon on the Mount with the vengeful Jesus of Revelation and the vengeful God of Exodus. To lift our spirits he quotes Addison's poetic version of the 19th Psalm, the Peace Prayer of St. Francis, and Paul's essay on charity - in contrast to our current "neocon" war mongers. Mr. Lambertson describes mankind's only sustainable life-style - a world of small communal societies, like those of the North American Indians in 1492. No money, no employers, no buying and selling, and no destruction of nature. Bob's Postscript describeshis 34-day Superior Court trial as a corrupter of youth.
