Excerpt: The Dispenser is a support (and also defense) buildable that can slowly repair ally armor and ammo. In QWTF and ETF, the player must manually select what he want to extract from the Dispenser. In TFC, the player will automatically pick up what he needs when he walk up to it. For TFC when building the dispenser make sure it is in an area which can benefit your allies especially for the Heavies. Also you might want to put the dispenser near your sentry since you can maintain your sentries if the enemy breaches your defense. Another handy way the dispenser helps is its ability to turn in to a proximity mine....
