The accounts of deposites by the register and assistant register, as clerks of the first and third circuits, under the orders of the vice-chancellors of those circuits respectively, shall also be kept separate and distinct from their accounts of moneys deposited to their credit as register The trust com-or assistant register under the orders of the chancellor. In transmitanac-e month of January in each year, the secretary of the chancellor an-company shall transmit to the chancellor a statement of the nuaiiy. accounts of such register and other officers, showing the amounts standing to their respective credits at the end of the political year immediately preceding, or on the first day of January after the end of such political year, including the interest or accumulations on the sums deposited to the creo d t dra dit of each cause or matter. In every draft upon the Trust monies from Company, by the register or other officer of this court, for tobe counter moneys deposited with the said company, or for the interest signed. or accumulation on such moneys, the title of the cause or matter on account of which the draft is made, and the date of the order authorizing such draft, shall be stated; and the draft shall be made payable to the order of the person or persons entitled to the money, or of his or their solicitor or special attorney who is named in the order of the court authorizing such draft. And to authorize the payee or endorsee of such draft to receive the money thereon from the Trust Company, the same shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order of the court authorizing such draft, countersigned by ...
