Provides coverage of various aspects of rapid eye movement sleep (REMS), including phylogeny and evolution, ontogeny, neurophysiological and neurochemical phenomena, molecular processes, behavioural and physiological changes due to deprivation, and hypotheses on the neurodynamics of REMS.
