About the Author :
Noreen Nolte bly in die Boland saam met haar gesin. Om te dans is haar eerste publikasie, maar haar liefde vir woorde kom al van haar kinderdae in 'n huis vol boeke af. Sy het in 1995 in Somerset-Wes gematrikuleer en in 2002 haar M.Sc. in voedselwetenskap aan die Universiteit Stellenbosch behaal. Sy het vir 'n paar jaar in die voedselbedryf gewerk, van die Noord-Kaap tot in Gauteng. Hier het sy 'n jare lange liefde vir ballet vol sirkel getrek deur as balletonderwyseres te kwalifiseer. Haar gesin was vir 'n paar jaar haar primere fokus; maar toe sy opnuut die lekkerte van boeke saam met haar kinders ontdek, het dit 'n lus vir skryf by haar wakker gemaak.
