About the Book

The world would not be the same if there were no America. Americans have sacrificed the blood of our youth to insure liberty and freedom whenever and wherever such God-Given rights are challenged by tyrants, dictators and countries that wish to impose their will on others. From America, which has lead the world in unique and innovative discoveries, inventions, and means of production, we have been able to achieve unbelievable levels of comfort, health, safety, and manufacturing/agricultural capabilities, even to the point of landing men on the moon. We gladly shared all this with the rest of the world. Our free market capitalistic economic system has allow millions of people to escape the bonds of poverty, most often rooted in repressive centrally-planned governments. We have become the most sought after destination point for the citizens of other countries who wish to provide a better and safer life for their families, with unlimited opportunities for wealth, prosperity, happiness, safety, and good health. The Concept of America describes the great inventions and discoveries which have allow civilization to move forward with the means to improved life for all. Each step in the evolutionary process of meeting the needs of humanity, bring with them the stories of often overcoming great challenges, sacrifices beyond measure, and the fortitude required to achieve great heights. Most often the end result of achieving these goals lead to wealth beyond measure because of our unique ability to patent and copyright our ideas, enabling those with problem-solving abilities to reap the financial reward not found in collectivism societies. Contrary to what has been an attempt by our federal government to downplay American Exceptionalism, and create an attitude that we are no different than the other 195 countries, history tells us a different story. The Concept of America is a book about the lives of those who have given the world the tools needed to meet the challenges of tomorrow and could only have been made possible by the homogeneous mixture of the many races that have migrated to America creating a very prosperous and stable environment for creativity. There are millions of stories to tell that are distinctly American. They have all been possible because we are not just one of a 196 countries . . . America is a Concept.

"A great read for young and old, focusing in on the greatness of America and long forgotten by our education system which has yet to find the uniqueness of America and the exceptionalism of its citizens."
