Review :
very thorough and comprehensive way in which this book covers the law governing surveillance and intelligence...In addition to the excellent content of this publication, the author very skilfully navigates the reader through the complex threads of the full range of legislative and other materials. This is achieved by the very logical manner in which the information is presented as well as the accompanying commentaries that clearly and precisely bring the essential issues into focus...An essential tool for legal practitioners and investigators...It presents this complex and contentious aspect of the law in a very clear manner.
